Heilsuvera

Helix has developed  Heilsuvera which gives individuals an overview of their own health. In Heilsuvera, users can communicate with staff at their local clinic, see an overview of their prescriptions and request prescription renewals, book appointments, view admissions and visits to health institutions, decide on organ donation and view vaccinations, all in one place. Heilsuvera also allows parents to manage the aforementioned features for their children. In addition, pregnant women can see an overview of results from their maternal care, as well as have access to ultrasound images and other documents that the midwife uploads to the health record.

Health professionals can send individuals information such as test results, information about planned tests, educational materials and more in a secure manner through Heilsuvera.

Questionnaires, evaluation lists and health assessments can now be sent through Heilsuvera and individuals can answer them at a time that suits them. Health professionals will be able to view the answers in the Saga medical records system and process them based on the results. Saga can also process the answers and automatically send information such as educational materials to individuals depending on the results.

If the answers are not within reference limits, the health professional concerned will receive a message in Saga so that appropriate measures can be taken.
